I’ve been interested in creating Stickers and Charms so here’s a test page.

Did this for a summer event contest for a group I belong to on dA. I wanted to work more with backgrounds and multiple characters in an environment.

Another destination for my senior project the Dragon Village, Iris.

Another concept for my webcomic but more of a scene in the story or a passage of time. I also wanted to play around and experiment more with mist, fog, and smoke in my pieces.

I did this piece last year for a Halloween contest and I can finally share it elsewhere. This is the first time I really played with a modern background setting as well as playing more with full-body character expressions. I am really proud of how this piece came out and I really hope to do more illustrations like this in the future.

This is a project I have been wanting to do personally for a long time. I finally started to develop my comic story and wanted to do concept illustrations for it as well. So here is a map of the world I have built and that the comic will take place in.

Background concepts for my comic called Tenshi War.

This was done for my comic scene class where we had to focus on figures in space. I also wanted to have more fun with the project and added in my own characters as well as work on backgrounds since I still struggle with them sometimes.

Another piece from my comic scene class. This was around Halloween time and we had to make a comic based on ascending stairs or descending stairs. Here I played a lot with different camera shots/ as well as different background types to give it a mood of mystery. I wanted to keep a character out of this comic because I wanted to make it more first person.

This was a class project where we had to discuss current events while balancing Illustration with type. I decided to do my project on the Amazon Rainforest fires that happened earlier this year. Hopefully, they are out by now. For this project, I wanted to focus more on education and awareness. I also had inspiration from children classroom rainforest posters.

This was an assignment where we had to focus on food from a different place. I decided to base mine off of Trinidad’s famous Bake and Shark sandwich. I wanted to design a magazine cover because I have not done those, I wanted to have most of the elements Illustrated to be more like a magazine cover poster instead of a traditional magazine. This was for class use only!

This is an assignment to make a how to illustration and poster. I chose how to make a campfire. We were required to blend text with image for this project.

Atmospheric background comic had to use three words tropical, humid/ warm, nostalgic. Playing with Hawaii’s weird lighting on backgrounds.

A mini comic that is still in process but this is what the cover for the book when it comes out.

This is my first entry for a competition that is happening this April (2019). My lovely Chimereon, Manju is searching for eggs and choose to approach this piece like a children’s book page.

This is not the original Risso Comic but the mock up process that comes to mapping out where and how you want the colors to be printed in the final project. I wanted to experiment with no dialogue to tell a story through characters body language and facial expressions.

Here is my promotion card design that I want to use for job searching as a book cover illustrator or children’s book illustrator.
